Очень вкусные десерты получаются из свежей клубники.

Этот вариант сочинился сам из того, что было под рукой. В любом случае получилось очень здорово.

Жалко, что нельзя было дать вам попробовать :)

Ингредиенты 1-го этапа:

Тесто слоеное дрожжевое 500 г
Сначала нужно сделать тарталетки из слоеного теста. Для этого тесто делим на 12 частей (для каждой корзинки, к тому же так легче делить). Затем каждую часть делим еще на 2 и раскатываем на квадраты так, чтобы их размер был чуть больше формочек (я использовала одноразовые формочки для кексов).
 1 этап
Формочки смазываем маслом и выкладываем двумя квадратами теста так, чтобы уголки не совпадали и чуть свешивались из формочек.
 2 этап
Насыпаем в будущие тарталетки горошек или фасоль (фасоль предпочтительнее, т.к. ее легче потом вытаскивать). Еще можно проложить корзинки бумагой для выпечки.
Печем 15-20 минут при температуре 190 градусов. Лучше ставить их пониже или накрыть сверху фольгой, когда края тарталеток начнут подрумяниваться.

Ингредиенты 4-го этапа:

Желатин 10 г Сливки 20-22% 350 мл
Сахар (песок) 60 г Ванильный сахар 1 ч.л.
В это время готовим желе. Желатин разводим в 50-100 мл воды, затем выливаем в подогретые сливки. Мешаем до полного растворения, добавляем сахар и ванильный сахар, затем остужаем.

Ингредиенты 5-го этапа:

Клубнику моем и режем на четвертинки.

Наполняем клубникой готовые корзинки. Естественно, предварительно вынимаем оттуда горох или фасоль.

Заливаем корзинки желе комнатной температуры (оно должно быть уже достаточно холодным)

Если Вы не уверены, что корзинки получились герметичными, перед тем, как наполнять клубникой, смажьте их изнутри слоем желе и остудите. Тогда образуется защитная желейная пленка и все останется внутри.

Ингредиенты 8-го этапа:

Сахарная пудра с ванилью 30 г

В конце посыпаем корзинки сахарной пудрой.

Очень вкусные десерты получаются из свежей клубники.

Этот вариант сочинился сам из того, что было под рукой. В любом случае получилось очень здорово.

Жалко, что нельзя было дать вам попробовать :)


Вам понадобится Ингредиенты скопированы

Клубника 500 г
Сливки 20-22% 350 мл
Тесто слоеное дрожжевое 500 г
Ванильный сахар 1 ч.л.
Желатин 10 г
Сахар (песок) 60 г
Сахарная пудра с ванилью 30 г

Сначала нужно сделать тарталетки из слоеного теста. Для этого тесто делим на 12 частей (для каждой корзинки, к тому же так легче делить). Затем каждую часть делим еще на 2 и раскатываем на квадраты так, чтобы их размер был чуть больше формочек (я использовала одноразовые формочки для кексов).

Формочки смазываем маслом и выкладываем двумя квадратами теста так, чтобы уголки не совпадали и чуть свешивались из формочек.

Насыпаем в будущие тарталетки горошек или фасоль (фасоль предпочтительнее, т.к. ее легче потом вытаскивать). Еще можно проложить корзинки бумагой для выпечки.
Печем 15-20 минут при температуре 190 градусов. Лучше ставить их пониже или накрыть сверху фольгой, когда края тарталеток начнут подрумяниваться.
